Our telephone company is so full of craps … how to achieve international standard? How to be competent? Moreover, they do not take customers’ complaints seriously. Some of the customer service agent even raise their voices out of impatience because they think we are complaining for the sake of making their life difficult.

Funny … one day I was talking to a customer service agent … she was twisting and turning her words which made me question her about my doubts. The conversation turned ugly when she started talking rude to me. So I told her she need not be COCKY! Do you know what she told me??? She actually told me not to use vulgarity on her … I asked her if she learned English in school? Cocky is not a vulgar word. So I told her to go learn English again since she cannot understand proper English.

Anyway, one word for Malaysian customer service etiquette … SUCKS!
