Lydia Shum has succumbed to her illness. She finally left on 19 February 2008 at age of 62 (1945-2008). It’s truly a great loss to the Hong Kong entertainment industry.
This once a jovial and bubbly actress and a great emcee will be fondly remembered. We hope her daughter Joyce Cheng will be properly taken care of by relatives and close friends.
