		<description><![CDATA[I am VERY annoyed with my OKT neighbor because they have a problem with keeping their pets in the house. Their cats would roam around the neighborhood, sneak into houses of our neighbors and ours, shit in the house … aaarrrggghhh … they are friggin annoying! Some neighbors in our community have complained about their cats. But we didn’t take any action because we are thoughtful!]]></description>
